When you arrive please use one of the many phones and ring us on our free phone number provided on confirmation and we will come through and pick you up from the front of the terminal. We are located just 3 minutes from the terminal building. If you are delayed and are able to, please advise us.

Outside business hours are possible, but will incur a $40.00 fee.

The representative will advise you of the drop off procedure upon initial collection of your vehicle, however, there is a shuttle available to drop you back at the airport during office hours throughout the day.

Our Auckland Airport depot is located approximately 5 minutes from the airport. In case of any difficulties or should you require collecting from your accommodation please call our free-phone number provided on confirmation.

If you are arriving outside our normal office hours, we will send you a copy of the rental contract. Please email us on the address provided on confrimation to advise us of a fax number that we can send this to, alternatively if you prefer we can e-mail a scanned rental contract for you to sign and return back to us.

International Airport Pick Up Instructions (after hours)
The vehicle will be left at the Auckland International Airport Short Term Car Park with the keys and rental contract at the Auckland Airport Visitors Information Desk (i-site) awaiting your collection. There is a charge of NZ$10.00 for this service. The rental contract documents will also include a location map of where the vehicle is parked. Before exiting the car park there is a small charge to pay at the parking booth, this is approximately NZ$6.00 per hour to a maximum amount of NZ$32.00 for overnight parking.

Domestic Air New Zealand and Qantas Pick Up Instructions (after hours)
Please contact our Auckland Airport depot on the numbers provided on confirmation on the day of collection so we can inform you of the vehicle make and model, registration number, and where the keys are located. The vehicle will be parked on the top level of the 2 story Public Carpark 1 located opposite Air New Zealand domestic (not the multi level business carpark). A folder with maps and documentation will be left on the dashboard stating the hirer's name. Before exiting the car park there is a small charge to pay at the parking booth, this is approximately NZ$6.00 per hour to a maximum amount of NZ$32.00 for overnight parking.

Auckland International Airport Drop Off Instructions (after hours)
As you will be returning your vehicle outside office hours, you will need to leave your vehicle at the Auckland Airport International Short Term Car Park. Please leave the keys, parking entrance ticket and NZ$32.00 in the glove compartment and secure the vehicle. Once inside the terminal, please call our free-phone number as provided on confirmation, leaving a message of which parking bay number the vehicle is parked in.

Domestic Auckland Airport Dropoff Instructions (after hours)
Please park the vehicle on the top level of the two-storey car park building, this is located on the left hand side as you approach the Air New Zealand Domestic Terminal (DO NOT PARK in the multi level business car park building on the right hand side as this will incur extra parking costs) please leave the keys, parking entrance ticket and NZ$32.00 for parking, in the glove compartment and secure the vehicle. Once inside the terminal, please call our free-phone number as provided on confirmation, leaving a message of where the vehicle is parked.

Go to the Visitor's Information Centre in the international arrivals terminal (there is a shuttle between the domestic and international airports). There you will find the keys and instructions to where your car is parked along with a contract that you will have to sign before leaving. Airport Transfers and Vehicle Delivery
Wendekreisen are not based at the airport but do offer a complimentary transfer between airports and our depots.

Please ensure that we have your flight arrival details prior to collection. After your arrival at Auckland Airport, please call us to arrange collection on the free phone number provided

Please await our representative in front of the departures terminal at door three. Should no one be available, please take a taxi to our depot. The taxi fare of approximately NZD30.00 will be refunded to you if a receipt is provided. If you spend the first night at a hotel near Auckland Airport, please ring us on free phone number provided to organize a transfer.

Taxi or shuttle costs from the city will be refunded up to a maximum of NZD35.00 if a receipt is provided. We recommend you pre-book your transfer to our depot the night before. Please contact 'Discount Taxis' ((09) 529 1000) to arrange the transfer and advise us of your estimated arrival time at the depot.

After Hours
There is a charge of NZD60.00 for all after hours vehicle collections. After hours vehicle collections are not available after 10.00pm and before 5.00am.  Customers are advised to arrange for accommodation before and after travelling in New Zealand.

For Auckland airport after hours collections, you can make your way directly to our depot and your taxi fare will be reimbursed up to the value of NZD35.00 providing you supply a receipt.

Drop Off Procedure
You will need to drop the vehicle off to our physical depots if dropping off to Christchurch or Auckland. You will then be shuttled to the airport or local hotels (please arrange this directly with the supplier).

Collection and Return
We offer a 24-hour service including complimentary collection and return within central Auckland and the Auckland airport (surrounding area). We will bring the vehicle and the contract so that you can be on your way immediately.

Call us on the number provided on confirmation and we will have the vehicle ready and waiting.

Upon return of the vehicle please ensure you have refilled with unleaded 91 petrol and we will collect the car from you.

Please pick up your vehicle from their depot, the details for which are below.
Europcar is now on airport at the International Terminal. The terminal is approximately 150 metres walking distrance from the domestic terminal and can be accessed via the internal walk way. Customers that have travelled on domestic flights will also be able to collect  a vehicle from the terminal.

Follow sign to Domestic Terminal, Turn right onto Andrew McKee Ave then right onto Fred Ladd Way. The Car Park entrance is on the right just over the Pedestrian Crossing. Park in Europcar parks directly behind the Europcar Office.

You will see a 'Park and Ride' sign, please wait here for the 'Air New Zealand' mini bus to collect you. Please advise the driver that you are hiring a car through 'Rent and Save' and they will take you to the depot where the attendants help you fill out your forms and give you the keys to your vehicle.

On your return please refill the car with unleaded 91 petrol and leave your keys with the person on reception.

To open the lock you will need the last four digits of your reservation number e.g if your number is AKL-212400, 2400 would be the code used to access your vehicle keys. A NZ$30 charge applies for this service.

Once you are ready to be collected, please call our Christchurch office and a representative will be sent to collect you in our Omega Shuttle Bus. You will then be taken to our Airport Depot, 5 minutes away, where you will complete the documentation and uplift your vehicle.

If you are staying at accommodation close to the Airport a representative will collect you and bring you to the depot to uplift your rental vehicle. This should be arranged prior to the day of your collection.

The Omega representative will advise you of the drop off procedure upon initial collection of your vehicle, however, there is a shuttle available to drop you back at the airport during office hours throughout the day.

Please ensure you have provided all flight arrival details to us prior to departure. Our depot is approximately 10 minutes from the airport - please call us on the number provided upon your arrival into the Airport and a representative will be despatched to pick you up.

Unfortunately we do not offer drop offs to the city centre, but we will call a taxi for you to take you to your accommodation.

Christchurch After Hours Pick Ups
We are able to offer you an after hours collection from our Christchurch Airport branch. The booking will have to be prepaid and the vehicle will be left in our branch car park with a lock box attached containing your keys and contract. The fee for this service is $30.00. You will also need to forward your details for the contract, including your address, telephone number and drivers license details (we need to sight a copy of all drivers licenses) for each driver. You can send these to us either by scanning the licenses and emailing it to us or by faxing it to us. Once our branch have sighted your driver's license they will send you an email with details of how to collect your vehicle on arrival at Christchurch Airport.

Christchurch After Hours Drop Offs
You can return the vehicle after hours to our Christchurch Airport branch . You will need to make your own way from our branch to the Airport (approx. 10 mins drive). Please ensure you park the car in our car park and drop the keys off in the drop off box located to the far left of the Coca-Cola machine at the front entrance.

Airport Transfers and Vehicle Delivery
Wendekreisen are not based at the airport but do offer a complimentary transfer between airports and our depots.

Please ensure that we have your flight arrival details prior to collection. After your arrival at Christchurch Airport, please call us to arrange collection on free phone 0508 109 328 and select option 2. Please await our representative in front of the terminal or your hotel. Should no one be available, please take a taxi to our depot. The cost of approximately NZD20.00 will be refunded to you if a receipt is provided.   

After Hours
There is a charge of NZD60.00 for all after hours vehicle collections. After hours vehicle collections are not available after 10.00pm and before 5.00am.  Customers are advised to arrange for accommodation before and after travelling in New Zealand.

Drop Off Procedure
You will need to drop the vehicle off to our physical depots if dropping off to Christchurch or Auckland. You will then be shuttled to the airport or local hotels (please arrange this directly with the supplier).

Important Notice:   We do NOT recommend vehicle collections immediately after long-haul flights. Wendekreisen advises that a minimum of 8hours rest is recommended to ensure safe travels. Please also note that afternoon collections may also face significant traffic congestion.

We are located just 5 minutes from the airport terminal and will come through and pick you up. If you are delayed and are able to, please advise us.

Please return the keys to office (underneath the door)

Cruisin' NZ are based within the Queenstown Airport (inside the arrivals hall). Please approach our desk where you will be greeted and taken to your car just outside.

Please make sure you choose a pick up time that is within these business hours. If your flight is scheduled to land outside of these hours you will have to select a time within our business hours to pick up your vehicle the following day.

If your flight is scheduled to land within our business hours but is delayed, we will have a staff member wait for you until 20:00 hours and you will be expected to pay an additional $60.00 late pick up fee directly to our staff member upon arrival.

If your arrival at our desk is delayed beyond 20:00 hours we advise that you go to your hotel/accommodation and return to collect the vehicle the following morning after 0800 hours.

Drop Offs
If returning your vehicle to Queenstown Airport, this can be done 24 hours 7 days a week. If dropping off outside of our normal office hours, vehicles may be left in the public carpark and keys placed in the key drop at the designated counter. Please remember to refuel the vehicle first otherwise you will be faced with refueling charges above the cost of refueling yourself.
